There seems to be a lot of confusion about this app, allow me to clarify. There are MANY merchant service companies that use this third party app to process payments. Please stop giving this app 1 star because you are having problems with YOUR merchant services company as that has NOTHING to do with this app. The app works great, just be careful and do lots of research about what company you choose to set up your merchant account with.
Incompetent and horrible customer service. This company is crooked and deceitful. They couldnt figure out how deposit my money into my account, then closed my account for absolutely no reason whatsoever and told me they were gonna hold my funds for 180 days. After which theyd mail me a check. I shouldve stayed with quickbooks
I really wish I would have checked these reviews before I chose this company. I signed up a month ago, after some miscommunication on their part, I recieved a card reader yesterday. I've now had to call customer service 7 times since I signed up. Update: yeah... I hate this company. I'm canceling. They don't even know how to fix the issues I keep having

Stop....I signed up for moblepay and last mth i didnt caught it but this mth i did there extrem charge that they do not mechin "percard carrier acourding to them but it there name on the $100 over charge i recieved. Im going back to square it maybe a little more per trains action but theres no rap charge at the end of the mth.
These negative remarks are bulls*#% this company has great customer service, I've never even gotten a prompt or recording when I call them. It is always a live person on first name basis. They must have the wrong merchants number! lol It has been a little bit of a lengthy time for my machine to arrive however you can manually enter the cards and you can also make the customere foot the bill on the processing fee. Trust me they will either gladly do so or come up with the cash. I suggest you try
